We arrive early and set up with the main entree in a chaffing dish and our signature salads on our beautiful glass platters tiered at different levels. We will provide everything from plates, forks, drinks, desserts to salt and pepper.

Dinners:

There are many ways to dine from buffet, sit-downs, hors d'oeuvres, to having Ethnic food stations.

Catered dinners range from $10to $200 per person.

Here is a list of  some of Chef Monty's delectable hors d'oeuvres:

1.    Antipasto Tray: This is not your grocery store relish tray. A variety of pickled items with hard salami and cheese.. .it's truly ANTIPASTO!

2.    Artichoke/Avocado Layered Dip: Topped with caviar and served with rye bread. This really is beautiful.

3.    Asparagus Antipasto: This is not only a beautiful platter with the above asparagus but add pickled, Asian, and white asparagus as well.

4.    Asparagus (Fresh): Marinated in a sesame seed cilantro ginger sauce. This is Chef Monty's most popular hors d'oeuvre with the ladies.

5.    Beef Kabobs: Small 4-inch skewers served with our special glazed beef.

6.    Beef Tenderloin w/ Merlot Sauce: This is a favorite! Cooked medium rare with a nice merlot mushroom sauce.

7.    Bonnocci: A tray of beauty! A basil leaf with a slice of fresh mozzarella and tomato lined in form makes this a colorful platter. Olive oil is dripped on top and finished with cracked black pepper and capers.

8.    Brisket Beef Brine (Corned): Authentic tender corned beef served hot with rye bread, mustard, and horseradish.

9.    Bruschetta: A bowl of bruschetta made with fresh basil and surrounded by mozzarella baguette bread.

10.  Cajun Shrimp Cocktail: Medium sized shrimp boiled Cajun style with a classic sauce.

11.  Chicken Kabobs: Small 4-inch skewers served with our great rosemary chicken.

12.  Crab Cakes: A hint of cilantro, a tiny spice and an elegant dipping sauce creates this awesome hors d'oeuvre.

13.  Crab Dip: This platter is nicely decorated with our famous crab dip surrounded by a variety of crackers.

14.  Crab Stuffed Mushrooms: With a hint of cilantro, this makes for a rich treat!

15.  Fresh Fruit Platter: Beautifully sliced! (Seasonal)

16.  Goose & Veal Liver Pâté: A chef in Philadelphia holds the bragging rights to this exclusive homemade pate. Served with all the garnishes.

17.  Italian Beef Sandwiches: Tender roast beef simmering in Italian juices and peppers served with small tea rolls.

18.  Italian Torta: Only 2 chefs in the USA know how to prepare this 40-layer delicacy. Cut in tiny squares for the most colorful and tasteful hors d'oeuvre you will ever experience.

19.  Medium Rare French Dip: Beautifully thin sliced medium rare beef served with Aujus.

20.  Miniature Egg Rolls: A classic! Served with hot mustard and sweet sauce.

21.  Mini Italian Sands: Served with cappocollo, hard salami, prosciutto and assorted greens...delicious!

22.  Pulled Pork: Smoked fresh pork pulled for tender sandwiches prepared in its juices or for a little extra taste, try our famous BBQ sauce.

23.  Rosemary Grilled Chicken Breast: Our most acclaimed finger sandwich! In our special sauce, grilled and served on small rolls.

24.  Salmon Carpaccio: Served with toasted rounds, this Nova Scotia Salmon is displayed on a platter with pickled garlic and capers and is finished off with cracked pepper and olive oil.

25.  Sauté Langostinos (Lobster): Sautéed in butter, white wine, red peppers and Italian parsley...this will truly be remembered!

26.  Smoked Rainbow Trout Party Dip: This will be served with both crackers and veggies. You've never tasted anything like it!

27.  Smoked Salmon w/ Head On: This is beautiful with the lure still in its mouth and with a cherry eye. It is garnished with red onions, cream cheese, capers and assorted crackers and bread.

28.  Sushi Rolls: Classic sushi with flavored sushi rice in seaweed rolls.

29.  Sushimi Tuna: Elegantly presented with pickled ginger, shredded radish root, and completed with a wasabi sauce.

30.  Swedish Meatballs: This secret recipe from Monty's Restaurant is rolled in petite forms for the dainty eaters.

31.  Thai Chicken Dumplings w/ Sesame Sauce: Chef Monty created this dish for a Thai cooking class that has become another favorite.

32.  Thai Chili Meatballs: These have a slight kick to them and are rolled to a perfect size served over rice noodles.

33.  Veggie Sands: Enjoy this hors d'oeuvre with dill spread and lots of thinly sliced vegetables.

CLEAN equipment will be picked up after event is over.

There is a $25 an hour charge per staff member on location.
